Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them before placing an order.

By purchasing from Bowtastic, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.


Processing & Despatch Times

All orders are prepared and packed before being collected by Royal Mail.

We currently offer the following delivery services:

Royal Mail Tracked 48
Orders are typically despatched within 3–5 working days from the date of ordering.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 Express
Orders are typically despatched within 1–2 working days from the date of ordering.

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number.

Please note that despatch time refers to the time it takes us to prepare and send your order, not the delivery time.


Delivery Timeframes

Royal Mail aims to deliver parcels within the following timeframes after collection:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 – typically 2–3 working days

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 Express – typically 1–2 working days

These delivery estimates are provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed delivery times.

Once your order has been collected by Royal Mail, delivery is handled by the courier and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control such as delays within the postal network, weather conditions, or busy seasonal periods.


Tracking Your Order

All orders are sent using Royal Mail tracked services.

Once your parcel has been despatched, you will receive a tracking number via email which allows you to follow the progress of your delivery.

We recommend checking your tracking link for updates regarding delivery attempts or safe place instructions.


Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.

Bowtastic cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of ordering.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may require an additional shipping payment.


Courier Delays

While we always aim to despatch orders within the stated processing times, delivery services are provided by third-party couriers.

Occasionally delays can occur within the postal network that are outside of our control. Bowtastic cannot be held responsible for delivery delays once the parcel has been collected by Royal Mail.

Delivery timeframes provided by Royal Mail are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.


Missing or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived, please first:

  • Check your Royal Mail tracking information

  • Check with neighbours or household members

  • Check your safe place or delivery instructions

  • Check with your local Royal Mail delivery office

If 10 days have passed since receiving your despatch confirmation email and your parcel has not arrived, please contact us so we can investigate with Royal Mail. If 14 days or more have passed since delivery took place we cannot help locate the parcel or offer a replacement or refund.


Lost Parcels

If a parcel is believed to be lost, Royal Mail requires a waiting period before a claim can be opened.

Investigations may take time while the courier traces the parcel through their network. During this period we will work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue.

Replacements or refunds can only be issued once the courier has confirmed that the parcel is lost.


Returned to Sender

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • an incorrect address

  • failed delivery attempts

  • the parcel not being collected from a delivery office

we will contact you once the parcel has been received back.

Re-delivery may require an additional shipping payment.


Busy Periods

During busy periods such as Back to School season, holidays, promotions, and Christmas, processing and delivery times may occasionally take longer than usual due to increased demand.

We always aim to process orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience during these times.
