Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your Bowtastic purchase. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us and we’ll always do our best to help.
Below is a simple guide to how our returns and refunds work.
Returning an Item
If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:

Unused
-
In their original condition
-
Returned in their original packaging
Returns that are damaged, used, or sent back after the 14-day return period may not be eligible for a refund.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards

Sale or clearance items

Items that are not in their original condition

Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 5 working days. Please note your bank may take additional time to process the payment.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us before returning anything.

In many cases we will not require the item to be returned. If a return is required, we will provide instructions and cover the return postage.
If the item is deemed fauly within the warranty period and the shipping cost for a replacement is more than the cost of the item, a refund will be offered rather than a replacement.
90 Day Product Guarantee
All Bowtastic accessories are covered by our 90 day guarantee for genuine faults.
If a product develops a fault within 90 days of delivery, please contact us with photos of the item and we will review the issue.
Refunds or store credit may be offered where a genuine fault is confirmed.
This guarantee does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse or accidents

Items altered or repaired

Damage caused by water, chemicals, cosmetics, or heat

Items reported more than 90 days after delivery
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived:

UK orders: please allow 7 working days from despatch

International orders: please allow 20 days from despatch
If Royal Mail tracking shows your parcel has been delivered, you may need to contact Royal Mail to obtain a delivery reference before we can investigate further.
Bowtastic cannot accept responsibility for parcels delivered to the address provided but later reported missing.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
Bowtastic cannot be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided when ordering.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed. A £2 administration fee will be deducted from the refund if a cancellation is requested.
