1. Returns - To return your product/s please visit our returns portal at https://account.bowtastic.co.uk and submit your request. Returns are to be requested within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

Remember to get a proof of postage receipt at the post office. You will need to pay for the postage.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will refund the delivery charge if we have made an error in our dispatch or if the item is faulty or unfit for use, unless you have decided to keep part of the received order. We will not refund charges incurred by you from private carriers

Refunds are processed for returned items within 5 working days, if you qualified for free shipping, the current standard rate of shipping will be deducted from the refund along side a 20% restocking fee.

2. Parcel Returns - If parcels are returned to ourselves at the fault of the customer for the reasons including incorrect address provided, failure to collect or arrange redelivery from the courier or refusal of parcel, a 20% return and restocking fee will apply. This will be deducted from the refund amount along with the cost of the initial postage. If a parcel is returned and the customer qualified for free shipping, the current rate of standard delivery will be deduced from the refund. Bowtastic Hair Accessories is not liable for the returns of customers parcels, should there be an issue with lost mail on return or failure to return, we will not without exception take responsibility. Customers are responsible for their delivery details to be correct and for for mail to be collected from Royal Mail.
