If you would like to return an item, please review the information below and follow the steps to request your return.
1. Requesting a Return
To request a return, please visit our returns portal:

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
Once your return request has been approved, you may send the item back to us.
2. Returning Your Item
Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
When sending your return, please ensure that the item is:

Unused

In its original condition

Returned with its original packaging

Securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
We strongly recommend obtaining a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office when sending your return.
Bowtastic Hair Accessories cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
3. Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of:

Wear or use

Hair products, fragrances, cosmetics, or chemicals

Damage caused by handling or misuse

Alterations or modifications
For hygiene reasons, hair accessories that appear to have been worn or used cannot be restocked and may not be eligible for a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or apply a partial refund if returned items are not received in a resalable condition.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving and inspecting returned items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where:

An incorrect item was sent

The item is faulty or unfit for use
If your order originally qualified for free shipping, the standard delivery charge will be deducted from your refund, along with a 20% restocking fee.
We are unable to refund any additional charges incurred through private carriers or alternative shipping services chosen by the customer.
5. Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to customer-related issues such as:

Incorrect address provided at checkout

Failure to collect the parcel from the courier

Failure to arrange redelivery

Refusal of delivery
a 20% return and restocking fee will apply.
This fee will be deducted from the refund along with the original shipping cost.
If the order originally qualified for free shipping, the current standard delivery rate will also be deducted from the refund.
6. Responsibility for Returned Parcels
Customers are responsible for ensuring:

Their delivery address is entered correctly at checkout

Returned parcels are sent using a reliable postal service

Proof of postage is retained until the return has been processed
Bowtastic Hair Accessories cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels. If a returned parcel does not arrive with us, we will be unable to issue a refund.
7. Delivery Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
Bowtastic cannot accept liability for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided when placing an order.
If an order has already been processed or despatched, we may not be able to amend the delivery address.
8. Chargeback & Payment Disputes
By placing an order with Bowtastic, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider.
We are always happy to help resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
Submitting a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution while the payment provider reviews the case.
