Discounts

Official Bowtastic Discount Codes entitle you to an extra percentage (specific to the Discount Code in question) off your online order from the website. To claim your discount, when in Your Shopping Cart section of your account there is an option to “Discount Code”, which allows you to enter the promotional code in order to apply it to the order. 

Where the discount is an automatic discount, the discount will apply at the checkout when the qualifying items have been added to the shopping card. 

Free product discounts - 0p orders are excluded from all promotions.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes can only be used once. If you forgot to apply your discount code unfortunately we are unable to add the discount. Only one discount can be applied per order. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, be it automatic or codes discounts.

HOW DO I CLAIM MY SUBSCRIBER DISCOUNT?

You must be signed up to the newsletter and confirm your subscription via email. Your discount code will show after subscribing but will not work until you have confirmed. Discount code must be entered at the checkout. Subscriber discount will only work on email addresses used to sign up. If your discount does not work, please get in touch before placing the order. Subscriber discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Bowtastic subscriber discount can only be used once per customer on selected lines.

10 for £10 discount is only available on products that are specifically listed in the '10 for £10' section. To qualify for a 10 for £10 offer you must have multiples of 10 in your basket from the qualifying category only. If 10 items in this offer are not showing as £10 at the checkout please go back to your basket and make sure. Once the order has been placed we cannot guarantee it can be amended or cancelled.

Buy 3 Get 3 Free discount is only available on products in the Buy 3 Get 3 Free collections. 6 products must be added to the basket for the discount to apply at the checkout, this will work in multiples of 6, providing the items are from the Buy 3 Get 3 Free collections only. If the discount does not apply, please go back to your basket and check to make sure the items qualify for the discount.

You can enjoy both the 10 for £10 and Buy 3 Get 3 Free on the same order, no discount codes can be used in conjunction with these offers.

OFFER RETURNS - If items are returned that were part of an offer. The amount given in a refund may not be as is shown on your invoice. For example, if you purchased 10 items and only were charged for 5, you will not be refunded the full amount of the 5 items, you will rather receive a refund across all of the items returned at a reduced rate.
