Discount Codes & Promotions

Official Bowtastic discount codes and promotional offers entitle you to a specific percentage or price reduction off your online order. Below is everything you need to know about using them correctly.

How to Use a Discount Code

  1. Add your desired items to your shopping cart.

  2. In the “Your Shopping Cart” section of your account, enter the Discount Code in the field provided.

  3. Click Apply to activate the discount.

Automatic discounts will be applied at checkout once the qualifying items are added to your basket.

Please note: Free product discounts (0p orders) are excluded from all promotions.

Discount Code Rules

  • Each discount code can only be used once per customer.

  • If you forget to enter a discount code at checkout, we are unable to add it after the order has been placed.

  • Only one discount can be applied per order.

  • Discount codes cannot be combined with other codes or automatic promotions.

Subscriber Discount

  • To claim your subscriber discount, you must be signed up to the Bowtastic newsletter and have confirmed your subscription via email.

  • Your discount code will be provided after subscribing but cannot be used until your subscription is confirmed.

  • Subscriber discounts must be applied at checkout and can only be used for the email address used to subscribe.

  • The subscriber discount cannot be combined with any other offers and is valid once per customer on selected lines.

  • If your subscriber discount does not work, please contact us before placing your order.

“10 for £10” Offer

  • Only products listed in the “10 for £10” section qualify for this promotion.

  • You must add multiples of 10 from the qualifying category to your basket to receive the discount.

  • If 10 items are not showing as £10 at checkout, return to your basket to check the quantities.

  • Once the order has been placed, we cannot guarantee adjustments or cancellations.

Returns on Promotional Orders

  • If you return items purchased as part of a promotion, the refund may be calculated differently.

  • For example, if you purchased 10 items and were only charged for 5 under a promotion, a refund will be spread across all returned items at the reduced rate.

£1 Shipping Promotion

  • £1 shipping is only available for Standard Tracked Royal Mail 48 at checkout.

  • £1 shipping does not apply to Express or Special delivery options.

  • This offer must be selected at checkout; it cannot be added after the order has been placed.

  • Minimum spend applies.
