Stockist Application Form

Love our hair accessories? Do you want the opportunity to sell our brand in your shop/store? Then, if you would like to apply to become a stockist, simply complete the form below!

We aim to review applications within 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday). Once we have reviewed your application, you will receive an email telling you that your application has been either accepted or rejected. If you do not receive this within this time frame, then please email us at hello@bowtastic.co.uk.

Please only apply for a stockist account if you are a current running children's clothing store or boutique. If you are a UK business you must have a physical retail premises which we may ask for proof of. We cannot accept orders for businesses that have not been set up yet.
